OzonPlayer Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Huda Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the OzonPlayer mobile application (the “App”) on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. What OzonPlayer does
OzonPlayer lets you receive files over your local Wi‑Fi network, organize them on your device, and play compatible audio and video files. Some features process media on your device (for example, preparing certain video formats for playback).
2. Information stored on your device
Files you transfer into the App are stored locally on your device in the App’s storage area. We do not operate a cloud backup or sync service for your files as part of this Privacy Policy unless we explicitly offer and describe such a feature in the App.
3. Local network and transfers
When you use file transfer features, the App may run a local server on your phone so that other devices on the same Wi‑Fi network can send files to the App through your browser. Those transfers occur between your devices on your network; we do not route your files through our servers for that feature.
4. Data we collect
We design OzonPlayer to minimize data collection. The App may involve:
- Content you choose to transfer or store (for example, media files), stored on your device as described above.
- Technical data necessary for the App to function on your device (for example, file metadata such as names and sizes as shown in the App).
Unless we tell you otherwise in the App or in a separate notice, we do not require you to create an account to use core features described in this policy.
5. How we use information
We use information only to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App;
- Respond to support requests you send us;
- Comply with applicable law and protect our legitimate interests where permitted.
6. On-device processing
Certain media operations (such as preparing some video formats for playback) may run on your device. Processing happens locally and does not require uploading your files to our servers for that purpose.
7. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with service providers who assist us under strict confidentiality (for example, app distribution platforms), and only as needed to operate our business.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information handled by the App. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your device and network access safe.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International users
If you use the App outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
